Just moved to the area & called up for a last-minute appointment and they got me right in... Very clean, cute, and good atmosphere! Stacie gave me the best hair cut I've had in years! Very satisfied with the staff & services. Will not go anywhere else! :)

Wrap treatment was great and therapist was lovely, the other staff are a little rude (including the owner) and do not seem to know what they are doing. Honestly was not the way I like to be treated when you are spending $250. Costing was all wrong and advertised specials on internet all of a sudden are not available when you go to book and when I made the appointment on the phone the special was honored, however when I went to pay, was given a hard time about the price. Was not told ahead of time that the manicurist was not coming in so missed out on that service. Was given a gift certificate and will not go back once I have used up the value of the certificate. Another spa in Carlsbad Village have agreed to match their prices when I am ready to purchase more services. Do not take AMEX.
