I'm very dissapointed with this place. I was recommended by a friend and I'm not happy at all with my visit. I paid $65 for a simple trim ($75 with tip) and it's crazy choppy. The only thing I liked about twig was the products they used in my hair.

Twig is such a cute salon- the girls are always friendly, accommodating, and attentive. I called in on a whim a couple of months ago and was looking for someone to tame my unruly curls and the concierge paired me with Kassandra. I am beyond grateful she did! Kassandra strives to deliver what each client wants. She celebrated my curls instead of making me feel bad about them (this happens a lot at other salons) and made me feel so confident and beautiful. Not only is Kassandra an incredible designer but she's an even better person and I truly feel rejuvenated after spending time in her chair. As important as it is to have someone that can take care of your hair; it's even more important to have people that genuinely care about the person who is wearing it and Kassandra truly does. She offers so many different services and tailors them to each clients needs. She works with you to achieve your vision, while still making sure your hair is healthy and looks great. I cannot wait to go back soon!

As a first time client, I have nothing but positive comments about TWIG Hair Lounge. It had been almost 12 years since I visted a salon (self cutter until TWIG). The salon is designed beautifully to start. From the flooring, to the accent lighting and open floor plan, the facility was very warming and clean.... everything one would like from a upscale business. What impressed me the most, and this never waivered are the employees. Each one welcomed me with a smile and took the time to greet me. I was paired up with Jen who gave me great customer service and I'm very pleased with the cut she provided. I gave her creative freedom and she did not dissapoint. I need not forget the amazing head massage and hair washing that was also provided by another employee. TWIG provided the complete package and I look forward to visiting many more times in the future.
