Today was my first time at Elaine's. From the lengthy phone consult before meeting with her, through my appointment, I felt like Elaine went above and beyond to make sure my hair left in better condition than it came to her. She could have chosen to do a pricey, lengthy process to get my final desired result, but instead opted to do what was best for me and my hair long term. I will definitely be returning to her. I'm very thankful I found her. And I received the best cut I've had in ages. Thanks Elaine. I'lll be seeing you soon!

I was trying to find someone who could get the brassy/orange out of my hair and get me back to a highlighted look, instead of an all over, one color brassy look. Elaine did an excellent job on getting my hair back on track. I now love my hair again!
