Jorge did a great job on my boyfriends hair cut. I've been going here for years and although there is new people often they always leave me satisfied

If you don't already have experience with a specific stylist, it's a gamble. I've had great cuts & horrible cuts, but mostly somewhere in between. Definitely cheaper than regular hair style shops.

My husband and I have always had an amazing experience. We've had haircuts from almost every employee in there. Let me tell you...they are all great. I've read the other reviews and I feel as someone in the customer service field...I get it. They try their best to accomodate your needs...especially as a walk in FOR two. Every time we walk in the employees are either with a customer or there are several people waiting in line. In their tired or sometimes upbeat breath they let us know if we can make it for today or another day. For that reason I have learned to always call to make an appointment. Today, actually, I made appointment for my dad and I. When we got there I was on the list, but he was not. They fixed it and the girl who got him was so nice to him. I want to take the time to thank Maria. Both my husband and I love your work. Today I went in with long scraggly hair. I came out looking like a million bucks. Thank you Maria. I got a bob haircut. She gave me exactly what I wanted as always. Thank you Maria!!!! Hopefully, I will decide to go for that ombre.

Didn't get my hair done there because the girls are super rude when you walk in and tell them what you want... Get a new staff and get your rating up!!!

Extremely dissatisfied in the service performaned by the "Manager" Jorge. Not only did he show up later than the other employee informed me of when it came time to the haircut my request was completely ignored in favor of him shaving my head all over. They use professional products and have decent pricing on everything I seemed to look at. I just wasn't comfortable with how my transaction while checking out and overall haircut was handled. I don't believe I will be coming back to this location for service by a male, the female shorter girl seemed nice but the lack of listening and constant jabber jawing has left a very sour taste for my hair.
