I love ULTA! I usually buy online. I was close, so I stopped in. The staff are wonderful, I was asked several times if I was finding what I was looking for. One of the staff gave me a bag for the things I was holding, that was so nice! I wish they had shopping carts (even if they are small ones!) As someone handicapped like me could shop easier. That's one reason I shop online, but I would shop a lot more in the store if there were shopping carts. Online, I have to buy enough to get free shipping because of the shipping fees .

I called in ahead of time they had my eyeliner waiting for me at the cash register pointed me to get some eyelashes and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes I really love your store I can't wait to go back this was my first time going my daughter always shops at your store I will be back love the service and products I can't wait to come and get a facial

This was my first visit to Ulta Beauty store. The store has good collection of all the brands. Staff was kind enough to help me choose the right shade of dermablend. I was there to buy the dermablend body and leg cover and loose settling powder. I saw an offer that for every $33+ purchase of derma blend , loose settling powder was free. and the body and leg cover was exactly $33. Since, it was my first time going with this brand, I decided I will go for the deal and if I liked the product , I would come back and buy the settling powder. But, the lady at checkout would not agree that I was eligible. She asserted that with just body cover, I would not meet the price for the offer. Then, I had asked her multiple times to double check, after which she was convinced. But, she looked very unhappy. She, then had a very unpleasant face and did not even respond when I thanked her before I left. No negative experiences at the store except this one. I was disappointed by the staff behavior, but then I saved some money. I was happy that there was Ulta so close to where i live. Unfortunately, next time, i would probably go for a different one.

FINALLY an Ulta in North San Jose! This has a classic Ulta layout and includes a salon. Now I can get all my makeup without having to travel so far! Everything else is pretty standard as far as Ulta goes. All the brands and products you expect. It's in a nice new shopping center!
