Latoya is great. I've followed her for several years from different salons. I've gotten everything from cuts to bayalage done by her. Location of the salon is great as there is a coffee shop and a tea house as well as Bank across the way. Salon is very clean. Latoya is extremely well educated in her field!

I got Johnny as my stylist. Hes great! Patient and funny when he gets talkin. Looks like i found a new stylist. The shop is is pretty busy. All the girls know exactly what they are doing. Pleasant place to be. I recommend simply a hair wash. Super relaxing

I took a little girl to this Salon for her Birthday, the hair stylist left the chemicals to long in her hair & burnt her scalp terribly. Once we got home , about a week later i was brushing out her hair & it was all falling out; handfuls of hair just kept falling out & She ended up being pretty much bald. This young lady was devastated & had to go to School for 6 months with a hat on. I would not recommend this Salon to anyone, they didn't even offer a refund, Free or Discounted Services; They acted like it wasn't that bad, but it was...😡

Such a cheat. They have Groupon coupon but they still charge you more saying these are extras when all of them are supposed to be included in the service. I am cosmetologist myself. They think everyone is stupid enough to cheat. Don't know why they have to have coupons in the first place. People who don't know about the process will end up paying lot more than they think they are going to pay

Amazing salon! It's hard for me to find a salon I really love but I have finally found one in Tracy! LaToya did a fabulous job on my cut and highlights. She is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice for styling my hair. I loved the products she used. I have a gotten so many compliments on my new hair style! I have and will continue to recommend Mood on 10th to everyone!
