Waste of money! They do not know what they are doing. When the service you came in for can't be done by under trained staff and other attempts are made without consulting the client prior yet charging for several services without ANY difference is TERRIBLE business ethics. What a joke. Not a good way to start your business, maybe some business classes and experienced staff, along with clear communication and prices CLEARLY displayed /discussed is DEFINITELY recommend.

Got my hair cut with Brianne yesterday, took in a picture and she did a great job. Booked my appt online, didn't have to wait at all when I got there and she was done in 45 mins including a hair wash. Cost $55. The parlour was smaller than I thought based on the pictures they have on their website, but it isn't cramped. There's enough room for both hair dressers, they're really nice and down to earth, and I was quite comfortable chatting with them. I would go back and pay just for the hair wash :) Even though Google maps shows their location out by Stevens creek, they are actually tucked in under the big Salon sign next to Pizza My Heart.
