I gave Amy style my hair. I always have to wsit, but it's well worth the wait. I've never been able to get an appointment via online.

The stylists seem more concerned with their own conversations rather than finding out how you want your hair cut.

Sundaymorning about 11:00 booked haircuts for my son and I online with Greatclips in Freedom...got there early and checked in my son and I...my son got a terrible haircut....absolute mess that needs to be fixed....I waited for my usual hair person Lorena...and then she acted like she had never seen me before....and took another gentlemen who arrived 15 mins. after I did ...and yes I had an online appt.....why don't these franchises do a little customer service training? I won't be back....
