Complete JOKE! I made an appt. after purchasing a groupon here and "Ted" Called me less than 18 hours before my appt. to tell me his stylist had quit (i wonder why?!...not!) and that he'd need to reschedule me. This hair apt was to get my hair done for my 30th birthday and so i tried to work with him on rescheduling. He informed me that I "had an appt. for 1:30 tomorrow, but that He couldn't confirm the time or stylist, (essentially the appt. in general) because he hadn't spoken with his stylist. (Wouldn't you make that call first?) He also couldn't confirm price, as she "did not do discount prices". So i stated i was confused, and Ted quickly turned on me, telling me i was "yelling" when I was literally cool as a cucumber ( i had him on bluetooth speaker in my car) and was just trying to figure out what he was saying. He was quick to cancel my appt. and not allow me to reschedule. When I asked about my Groupon he was of no help, and was very dismissive and downright rude. I cannot BELIEVE he is the OWNER of the company. It blows my mind how someone with such low customer service skills can have a running business. It's no wonder his stylist quit with no notice. This is also probably the reason they have such discounted rates on Groupon. I DO NOT recommend this salon.
