Debated where to put the star as I prefer to leave a positive rather than negative review. It is not an establishment I will be using again. The manager would get five stars for politely and professionally handling an issue created by someone else. She listened to what I felt had occurred and to why I was upset. I never felt judged by her. Even as she was being interrupted by the person who created the issue, she remained calm. She gave me the cut free, this was not my objective. So I tipped her for her politeness. I guess you have to decide for yourself if you want to risk encountering the same issue I did. I wish I'd have gotten the manager's name. She turned a really negative into an ok.
