I called to see if I could check in over the phone. Kayla, who answered, was rude and short and said, "Nope, you can do that on the app." And actually hung up on me! This was after I stopped in the day before and they had a long wait. I called her back to ask for a manager and told her she needed to work on her customer service. She said she was the store manager! She told me she would take my info. And her owner would give me a call...what a joke! I told her I would contact the owner myself. She hung up on me again! If this isn't any indication of how they cut hair... bad attitudes, irritated, and rude...stay away from this place!!!

Rude stylists. Walked in to get my haircut. Said they have 2 hour wait with no one in the waiting room and stylists just standing around. They didn’t even say it in a professional manner. Go elsewhere. And get good customer service. This place is not worth the money for a haircut.

This place is pathetic. Avoid it and find yourself a real barber. You’d be better off throwing 20 bucks in the trash and cutting your own hair with commercial kitchen scissors than wasting time and money here.

I received the WORST haircut ever!!! My stylist was extremely rude, was constantly shoving my head around as she cut it. And the whole experience was just awful. I've been going to great clips for a while and I get the same thing every time and it's clearly stated in my notes I even spent 5 minutes explaining what I wanted done with my hair. Basically shaving the sides and leaving the hair on top long. But the stylist decided to start chopping into the hair on top of my head and when I mentioned something about not cutting the top she got mad at me!! I have a special event coming up and now my hair is beyond repair. The worst part is that I had to pay for this haircut!! I need a refund for this! I will never be coming back!!
