This is my second time at this location. I usually go to the Tower and Hampden but tried this one on recommendation. The first time last month was good. Heather who is the owner/manager I believe cut my son's hair both times. The first haircut for myself was good. Can't remember the stylists name but she did a good job. Today I got Gabby according to my receipt. She is fairly young with blonde hair. I told her I wanted the sides and back done with a 1 and blended and a trim on top. I'm not gonna explain every detail but she messed up. Cut the fade way too high. Her boss had to come and fix it but with the original mess up my hair is still way shorter and faded way higher than I have done it. I appreciate that Heather did her best to fix my hair the best she could but there was never an apology from her or Gabby and no offer of anything. I still paid for the haircuts and tipped Heather. I will return to my other Great Clips location in the future or find a new company.

We tried out this new location for my son to get his hair cut. We walked in without a reservation. Checking in online is definitely the way to go because we waited approximately 30 min even though we were told it'd be a 15 min wait. The music playing in the salon was not pleasurable and entirely too loud. My son liked his hair style and the staff was friendly.

BEST Great Clips EVER. Well, it was my first Great Clips experience and this location was AWESOME! Greatest customer service and haircut (stylish too!!) from very talented Miguel --highly recommend!! I wanted a short haircut and showed him pictures. He totally delivered and made it even better than I expected. I had a short haircut last year from a pricey salon but Miguel's cut was far superior. Thoroughly impressed. Thank you Miguel!!!!!

Did a check in since we can make reservations. Walked in with my name at the top and it was a 25 minute wait. We only went there because it was so close to our house. We didn't stay and won't be back. Close to us or not it's not convenient for us to use. If you check in a few minutes yes but not 30 minutes. I was also told they couldn't style the hair and to go to a different location because they didn't have 3 people but only 2 people. Why does that matter. So if I went in and got a cut they wouldn't style it because they didn't have enough people. It's a Friday afternoon maybe they should plan better

My son got his haircut here today by Michael (Miguel) and it was done very poorly. Nothing is blended and it's uneven everywhere. I typically cut his hair but didn't have time this go around and I regret having him get his hair cut here. I'm hoping this was just a bad haircut because we used a coupon and that Michael's haircuts aren't this bad all of the time.
