While I received an barely acceptable haircut, the service left much to be desired. My stylist was Desiree who was quite possibly the coldest person to ever cut my hair. I am admittedly not a talkative guy but Desiree only attempted to engage conversation once. It was also apparent that she was just going through the motions. I can live with my haircut but it is not what I was expecting. Also, $25 for just a haircut and nothing else seems steep to me.

Went in to get my regular cut.....and after letting my hair grow for 6 months to get it to do what I want.....stylist totally ruins my hair....really. Manager tried to fix it, but what's done is done. Not happy..... If your not sure of what the client wants its ok to tell them you don't feel comfortable cutting there hair.... Guess I will be stayimg in this New Years. Thank you stylist. 😠😱😡 Thank you Angell for fixing the bad cut....you are wonderful....I will keeping coming back...👍

I visited the location and received a good haircut but my low rating is based on the low level of service I received. The stylist Desiree that was cutting my hair didn't care in any way that she was helping me. During the hair cut even though we didn't speak a word to each other she told me to hold on a second when she went into another area in the back to talk with someone. At sport clips on the mirror it has a marketing flyer that talks about the "MVP treatment" which would have been awesome had Desiree chosen to care that I may want it. She didn't offer anything to me and when finished just showed me the back it is was it. So whenever you go here if you get lucky enough for Desiree to help you don't expect much, but she will shake your hand and give you a mediocre hair cut.

One of the worst haircuts I've had in a long time. The girl who did my hair, i believe her name was Desiree, does not know how to to a medium fade. I ended up getting the highest of all fades that wasn't even blended well on one side. Save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else. Will never come here again
