I wanted to get bangs and I was excited to get them done. I came to TIGI because I was nervous about getting bangs which I expressed to Stephanie who cut my hair. I added pictures of my bangs below. They were cut wet and then dried in a bevel with a round brush. While they were beveled, basically curled, she finished cutting them. This wasn’t how I asked my hair to be, she even gave me flippy face framing layers in a very specific way. I called and tried to get it resolved but I don’t trust them with my hair. Kristen never called back after I left a message with the front desk but she did process a refund.

Too expensive!!!!! You have to pay for a blow dry, so that means you will leave with wet hair. Imagine in the colder months. I came here because it looks like a nice salon, and had my hair turn orange tone from bleaching at another salon. Came here thought it would turn out better. Due to it looking like a high end salon. For half of hair highlights, trim and blowdry- $300, plus the recommended products-$500 and a tip. I can’t afford to spend $300-$500 every 6 weeks to get my hair done. Unfortunately, my hair colorists moved, that I had for 10+ yrs. She charged, for color, tone, styling, blow drying $167. And, was much better. Actually, listened, and showed me color swatches.

My go to place for all things hair! Lisa and Hannah are very skilled and incredibly caring when it comes to working with my hair. Both of them always ensure I am happy with the outcome.

Oliver did an excellent job with my hair and was both personable and knowledgeable. He gave me suggestions I didn't even know would improve my hair and I am very pleased with how it turned out. Thanks for fixing my bad Walmart haircut!

We made an appointment. I have screen shot proof and everything and they booked over the top of my daughter and refused to honor our appointment. Based on some of these reviews looks like they did us a favor. Pretty rude to do to a 13 year old though.
