A bit disappointing. I think that my experience here was not typical. I went here before with my daughter and she seemed to get a good enough haircut.
This time when I went it was a bit lacking. I think the stylist was new as we didn't really make our appointment very far in advance, so we got the new girl, which is okay but I just don't think the haircuts were quite up to par.
However, she isn't really the reason I am writing. I was in with my two kids, I got a haircut first, then my son went. While I waited in the waiting room with my daughter, I had to listen to a stylist and the person at the desk griping about how one of them had a hard time getting jobs because of all the piercings and tattoos she had. Saying that people automatically think she is on drugs etc. Saying also that no one should care because they were clear and you couldn't see them, even though they were on her face! I just thought it was extremely unprofessional to be talking about piercings, tattoos, drugs, and job problems while on the clock within earshot of your entire waiting room. I wasn't happy about the conversation, especially because I was sitting there listening to it with my young daughter. I didn't appreciate this experience and it left me with a bad taste for Luna's. I won't be going back.
