I've been going to Luna for 5 years and will continue to. I live in Co. Springs & have been driving to Monument just to see Rachel. Rachel colors & cuts my hair the way I like it. She advises me on how to care for my hair color so it'll last longer. Everywhere I go, I get compliments on my hair. Other ladies just loves the color & I always refer them to Rachel but I need to stop or else she'll be booked out for months. She's also been cutting my bf's hair just as long. He showed her a photo of what he likes & she did her magic. He's had the same style for about 3 years now & I love it.

A bit disappointing. I think that my experience here was not typical. I went here before with my daughter and she seemed to get a good enough haircut. This time when I went it was a bit lacking. I think the stylist was new as we didn't really make our appointment very far in advance, so we got the new girl, which is okay but I just don't think the haircuts were quite up to par. However, she isn't really the reason I am writing. I was in with my two kids, I got a haircut first, then my son went. While I waited in the waiting room with my daughter, I had to listen to a stylist and the person at the desk griping about how one of them had a hard time getting jobs because of all the piercings and tattoos she had. Saying that people automatically think she is on drugs etc. Saying also that no one should care because they were clear and you couldn't see them, even though they were on her face! I just thought it was extremely unprofessional to be talking about piercings, tattoos, drugs, and job problems while on the clock within earshot of your entire waiting room. I wasn't happy about the conversation, especially because I was sitting there listening to it with my young daughter. I didn't appreciate this experience and it left me with a bad taste for Luna's. I won't be going back.

Disappointing. I walked in to ask them a question- couldn’t get anyone to talk to me. The women working there were in the office gossiping (loudly) and completely ignored me. They looked right at me several times- it was really strange. After a while I gave up and left. I have never walked into a place of business and been treated so poorly. Also, the place looked very unsanitary to me.

I was new customer for color. I thought I had interviewed them well. Needless to say the gal did NOT listen, pay attention to photos I showed her what it should look like and she left me looking like a ZEBRA! Never returned my call to fix my ZEBRA look! If you want to be overcharged by a INEXPERIENCED person who leaves you sitting for 30 minutes while they go cut someone else's hair so they can IGNORE you.... Leaving you to where you can not go out in public without a hat .... Just visit this salon! You will REGRET it!
