My stylist no longer works here. I have tried to continue to visit other stylists since they have great service. However I can't get the same color I had before and after two tries I have to move on. The gals are all very nice girls and have good service.

They have a bunch of new staff, things are working out a lot better now. I really liked the work Ashley did on my hair, she's currently trying to fix the damage somebody else did. Definitely worth the trip.

I have long straight hair, asked for a trim and shorter layers to frame my face. Ended up with uneven trim, some kind of (long) layering that looks like a 5 year old got a hold of scissors and chopped off my hair. No frame to my face and hair is longer around my face than any other part of my hair. Not a happy customer. Edit: I was contacted directly by the manager who offered some options to remedy the situation. Their customer service is on point.
