This was my first time at this salon, where I got a haircut and highlight after needing something new and different. I didn't have a good time. I had an *amazing* time! It wasn't a hair service, but a genuine spa experience. While my color was setting I received a complimentary hand massage, then my hands and head were wrapped in warm towels after my wash. The cut itself was shorter than I expected but the stylist seemed to really know what would work on my hair from color to cut to product. The salon seems to genuinely care about their patrons and want us to have an enjoyable experience. The price isn't much more than most other high end salons and it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

Went there for a haircut from long length to short Maddison was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and helped wrapped up all my ideas to give me a perfect cut. My brows were shaped by Amanda and they are #browgoals. Overall the place is really relaxing and nice and these two ladies gave me LIFE. Definetly recommend this place.

New to area been going to Aveda salon in different areas for years including New York, Florida, North Carolina, this place was not friendly to me, stylist cut what seemed like two hairs for a trim and they did not let me use my member number to get my pure privilege points for purchasing $70 worth of product. Woman at counter was not friendly. Made me feel like I was not worth their time and paid $60 for a quick uneven trim. I won't be going back.

My husband and I just moved into this area and I was happy to see a spa close to our new home and I was excited to try Aveda. I tend to enjoy going to spas on a regular basis getting treatments done monthly. I was hoping this spa would be perfect for me but it has fallen short in many areas and I will not be returning. The first thing I had done was my haircut and colored. The stylist was on a whole different page than I was and cut my hair way to short, so short that when I got home my husband was so upset. Also, 6 days after getting it colored the color is already fading at the roots and I purchased and used all the products she recommended. I also had a massage, a facial, gel manicure and pedicure. The massage and nails were perfect, the facial not so much. She barely looked at my skin and just kept putting product on my face and taking it off. I know what a facial is, I've had plenty, and that was not a facial. Lastly, the package series that they are advertising for this month, 2 massages or facials for $100, don't be fooled as it is misleasing. When I purchased the package the girl informed me it was for ANY massage other than hot stones. Now, when I tried using the series, they retracted her statement and I ended up paying extra. At check out, the girl said we did not know until today that they were only for Swedish massages and we are going to honor what we were selling before. Yet, looking at my receipt I was still charged extra. I still have one package of 2 massages that I wont be using as they are refusing to honor anything other than Swedish massage. The series becomes usless to me since I'm pregnant and I should not have to pay extra for a massage. I spoke to the manager and she did nothing to help me today so I cancelled all furture appointments. To me it's not about money, it's all about quality of service and being true to what you are selling. It's a matter of principle that I will take my business else where. Update: I'm very please and thankful that the general manger contacted me. After having her truly listen to my entire story, she offered to make it right. Therefore, I've decide to give Veda another chance. I hope this time going back will be a different experience.

I first went to Veda after going to a different salon that ruined my hair. This other Salon completely fried my hair one the color was not done properly my hair was brown swamp green and grey but my hair was fried I ended up having to cut 10 inches off of my hair. I went into Veda sing if there is anything they can do I got paired up with a master stylist named Brandy and she has been Heaven Sent not only did she fix my hair she was able to slowly repair it so my hair is now back to beautiful natural color soft and growing well. I would recommend Brandy slash the Veda to anyone I came acrossed I am truly thankful for their help not to mention I have a great time there they are down-to-earth fun people and honest.
