I had dead ends and just wanted my thick long hair to be trimmed back into a “V” with simple blended layers and no real length taken off. It was already in a “V” from a previous trim should have been easy to follow. I showed Deyawna three different photos and she said she could do it. She had no clue... she cut it straight. Then when I asked again for a “V” not a straight cut she still didn’t deliver but left longer layers in the front that are uneven and straight and did a horrible job in the back. I just wanted to get out of her chair. After it dryed completely I could see how much damage was done. I’d been growing it out long for the return of my significant other and she cut all that growth off and now I have to cut it shorter to fix it. When I went in the following day and showed the manager he offered to re-cut it and agreed that she didn’t deliver. I couldn’t accept and feel this place is best suited for men’s cuts.

Cynthia has cut my hair twice this fall and did a great job both times. I was able to get in quickly, too. Mildred has also cut my hair in the past and I've always been happy with her cuts too.

I have really long hair and asked for my layers to be cleaned up to below chin length. So he starts going at my hair with a razor cutter. The layers at this point lol thinned out and wispy. So I'm like no i would like a more defined layer. Now i have f'n mullet a really long one. It going to take at least a year to grow out the sort layer that is above my ears. Not only that, he thinned out the long bottem layer so i Look like a victim. F this place. The last time i had had a haircut from the same person it was fine. I think he was so full of himself he thought he could do no wrong. I don't know what happened. I'm never going back

Never had a bad haircut all employees awesome happy,friendly, Lorena helps me with my thinning hair she has a lot of good advice for things I can do to help keep my hair healthy keep up the good work have a nice day and happy holidays

I am giving one star because they did make my sons hair shorter...however it is so choppy and uneven i had to get it fixed at another salon. I have tried this store twice since its near our home, but i am upset that my sons hair looks this way after paying for it. I will not be going back. Also my son does not fidget during hair cuts, he sits very still for a 3 year old so it cannot be blamed on him moving around.
