I have enjoyed the Hair cut I have received 5 out of 7 times. I'd say that's pretty good odds. And on top of it I was only forced to have awkward conversations twice. Also pretty good odds for introverts.

The store is advertised to close at 6:00 PM on Saturdays but if you get there after 4:50 don't expect the employees to offer assist you or offer any customer service at all. I walked in the door this Saturday was waited almost two minutes before an employee took the time to acknowledge me. When she did she simply stated, "we've reached our cutoff time," as though I am supposed to be an insider on their trade lingo. Apparently cutoff time means that the three stylists were too overwhelmed with the four remaining customers for their final hour and ten minute operation time and would not be able to serve me. That is just absurd. I can tell you I will never go to this establishment just based on this terrible service. I wouldn't trust them to cut a rat's hair if that is the way they treat people that walk in. Just ridiculous. Stay away.

We had been coming here for a while, and there are a few good stylists but we won't be coming back. If you get a horrible hair cut, do not expect a refund. They stated "they do not do refunds." My husband asked for a low fade and left with almost a "high and tight." There was nothing even about it and no fade, just very short all the way to the top where it was longer, and a very distinct line on the back of his head. It was unfixable, unless he got a buzz cut, and it was already significantly shorter than he asked for. He even had people asking what happened to his hair. I felt a refund would have been fair in this situation.

Went in for a haircut and they did the sides of my hair and back didn't even cut the top. Looks like a football. What's up with the football haircuts at this place.

It's baffling to me that you can get your haircut so horribly butchered here. I was embarrassed when I got home and looked in the mirror and saw the huge section of bottom hair the stylist missed while trimming three inches off. The stylist was nice enough, but I will never be coming back here again and will warn others. It shouldn't feel risky to get a simple trim at a hair salon. I will happily pay more to not look like i had a toddler take scissors to my hair.
