Would be giving them 0 stars but that isn't an option. Worst haircut in my entire life, I would have been better off sticking my head in a blender. I specifically asked for no white walls and she did 1000x worse than that. Lines aren't straight, the lady told me she was probably going to quit because she was too lazy to work. Since when does a half inch off, mean an inch and a half? After my experience here I will be buying scissors and having my girlfriend cut it from here on out. She has no experience at cutting hair, but she will do a way better job that the lazy ladies they have floating in and out. I want my money back, biggest waste of $21 ever.

My husband was a walk-in. (Saturday Sept. 16,2017) He just wanted a 'Man's haircut' tapered on sides and about 2 inch on top. So gapped up. We had to go back to hotel room and fix what he just had paid for. He had hair all over him and she never offered to use the blow dryer to clean up.

I've been getting my hair cut here for a couple of months now and it's been great! The service and how friendly the woman not to mention how she actually listens to how I want my hair cut is why I keep on coming back. She's the manager and always seems to be working but still has a smile on here face everyday and makes you feel welcomed! I've told my girlfriend to check this place out and I've spread the word of this salon and I'm not the type to do so.

The absolute worst "haircut" I've ever had. The "stylist", Wanda, was rude and did not come close to giving me what I asked for. Then threatened to call the police because I said I didn't want to pay for it. When I asked to speak to her boss she told me, "I am the manager right now!", and refused to give me any information (besides a card that with a number that rang to the store) to get in touch with Julie (Julia?), her boss. She then refused to tell me her name while I was on the phone with customer service and just ignored the questions I asked her on behalf of the agent on the phone. I did end up paying for my "haircut" with a promise that the district manager would be getting in touch with me soon, and wouldn't you know it, Wanda's name is on the receipt.
