I'm a frequent customer here and the price is decent but even better with the coupons that are often mailed out. Additionally, the staff do vary but they are generally well-hearted. Jamie was excellent and so attentive to every detail, I loved that.

While I was waiting for my haircut, some poor kid walked in with cuts all over his head from a botched buzzcut done earlier that day, looked like he was about to sue. Scared me right out.

I had been getting my hair cut here by the same woman for a couple of years and I was always happy with the job she did. She was really the only one who could cut and style it the way I liked. When I walked in one day and found out that she had transferred to another store, I asked the manager which store she had moved to. He replied that he "couldn't tell me that information because it was a conflict of interest" in a rude manner, presuming that I would start going to her new store now. Well I can assure you, sir, that there is no conflict of interest, as I won't be coming back to this store now, no matter what store she ended up at.

Horrible place if i could give no stars i would but u have to give at least 1. I called and asked how much for a shampoo, cut and style i was told $25.00 dollars so I went in and got a shampoo, cut, style and a matrix hair product that was on sale for $13.00 then i was told my total was fifty something so i said how is that it was suppose to be $38.00 plus tax i told her i called and the woman i spoke with on the phone said it would be $25.00 for shampoo,cut,style so the woman i talked to said i didnt tell u it was $25.00 so she lied.I have no reason to lie about it i would have just went somewhere cheaper. I was just shocked the woman i talked to on the phone couldn't admit it and say hey i made a mistake when i told u it was $25.00. She just flat out lied about it. And on top of all of that she didnt even cut all the split ends off, it honestly looks like it was never touched and that is what makes me mad more then anything i would like it to be fixed at least. And i will make sure i tell everyone I know and everyone i meet NOT TO GO THERE to that location. Thank u for taking the time to read this, I hope it helps.
