Had a great experience for my first time here! Scheduled an appointment online, which was very easy to do. Showed up at 7 a.m. on a weekday, and everyone there were already very energetic, happy and friendly when I walked in. Fun music was on, and they have complimentary drinks for you, and I chose coffee, But they did offer mimosas. I've never had a blowout, I have very curly hair, and they did a fantastic job. It's been 6 days and I still have not washed my hair because it looks great. I look forward to returning.

I have been a member since August 2017 to this location. It is really hit and miss with stylists. Wendy could not control the water and burned me with hot water my scalp twice during my hair wash. Then she ripped my hair out three times when combing my hair on the round brush. She seemed so in the hurry and absent minded. I have had her before as a stylist, but after last experience I would never go to her again. Unfortunately, I never wrote the survey review after my appointment. She was the worst experience I had in that location. She also gave me her business card because she only works there part-time, which is shady act to try to steal customers from dry bar. Other stylist are 2-4 stars. So this is an overall impression of 3 stars. Front desk is super nice by the way! By the way, not to mention that stylists are sneaky and pretend to “walk you to the door” to hear front desk say “how much would you like to leave for a gratitude?” Every single time I styled my hair there, stylist would stand there listening how much tip I am leaving. I would agree with everyone here, call center is not native English speakers. I got way too many people whom I could not understand. Is it worth the hype and money? Only if you know who does a good job there and their work schedule, other than that NOPE.

ABSOLUTE WORST blow out I've ever gotten. I showed up on time for my appointment and was not taken back until 20 minutes past my appointment time. I then showed my stylist several photos of what I wanted (which was a simple style - loose waves) and purposely included photos of myself with how I like my hair done so she could see EXACTLY what I wanted. The blowout itself, scheduled for 35 minutes, took 1 hour 40 minutes and was not anything like what I asked for. So, I asked the stylist to fix it. However, after 10 more minutes, she wasn't fixing the problem and after about 2 hours at the salon I was out of time and running late for my photoshoot. I immediately went home and washed my hair, as it was so bad, I couldn't even correct it without washing it. I had booked the appointment to reduce my stress and in fact, this appointment made my day more stressful. I called Dry Bar's phone number to talk to a manager at the salon to let them know what happened and I couldn't even get in contact with anyone - spoke with an answering service instead, that promised Dry Bar would give me a call back on Monday. I still haven't heard from anyone.

My first "blow out" experience and I absolutely loved it! Diana was amazing, everyone was so friendly. Great fun environment!

Love this place!! The front desk receptionist is always so warm and welcoming (Angeleca I believe), and the stylists are always upbeat and fun! I always leave feeling beautiful and very satisfied with my experience. Thanks Drybar!!
