I love Ulta, and most of the staff members are knowledgeable, but I don't like waiting longer in line to check out than it takes me to shop. This seems to happen nearly every time at this particular location, as there is usually just one, maybe 2 cashiers, regardless of the length of the line or time of day. Been shopping here at least monthly for a couple years.

I honestly have had a good time shopping at this location but after today I definitely donâ€™t see my self coming back. The staff was rude, there was at least eight workers and only one at the register then two other worker went up and one got on started talking on her phone the other just standing there arguing with a customer and a huge line of other customers waiting. Also I accidentally set an alarm off on an a eyeshadow palette and I was right in front of the check out desk the women at the register continuously kept staring at me after and giving me a dirty looks. If I was to steal something I definitely wouldnâ€™t have tried right infront of her hideous face.

I had my first facial with Chloe!! What a great experience, my skin immediately looked improved and the next day I received many compliments! Chloe listened to what my concerns were and knew what my skin needed! Cant wait for the next service!

Would not recommend Solon called to make an appointment for a haircut? For today obviously they had no bookings for same day it was late, I understand, the Lady offered me a booking for tomorrow let her know I couldnâ€™t take because I would be going out of town... I guess she got upset and cut me off and hung up! She didnâ€™t even ask if I wanted to book for next week which was my intention right after she said she couldnâ€™t see me sameday?? Learn some manners lady if you donâ€™t like talking to people than donâ€™t work with them in the first place you rude ass lady!!!

I like this location. I drive out of my way to go here. The customer service is excellent. Always ready to show you where things are as opposed to pointing you in a general direction like they do at The Orchard location. I avoid The Orchard location because they have no training in customer service .
