I have been going to Hugo's for as long as I can remember and it is doubtful that I will ever change salons. I dont think I've ever left unhappy and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about their craft. The stylist I went to for years took a different job and moved to LA and I have since been seeing Mimi. She is an all-star! She has worked closely with me to create the look I imagine in my head and the finished product always turns out better than what I had pictured. The only downside I have experienced is that some of the newer employees that I believe are in training just don't seem to know what they're doing. I get that they're learning but still. One (I can't remember her name) ignored my requests when it came to water temperature and blow dry styling. Otherwise, I love Hugo's.

Hugo's has been my salon for the last 17 years and I have always been impressed by their services. Recently I used them for makeup and hair for my wedding and the stylists were extremely friendly and responsive to the look I was going for. They both gave me great suggestions for making my hair and makeup last throughout the evening and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out.

Hugo Salon is beyond what you should be looking for in a salon. Top of the line everything. Ask for Samantha - she is the BEST BEST BEST!!! ❤❤

Holly did a great job on my hair and spent a lot of time perfecting my color. highly recommend

I got my hair done with Marcela and I'm super happy with the results. I came in with terribly damaged hair and she was completley honest with what can be done to my hair without causing further damage. I wish I went blonde the first time with her. I have dark curly thick hair and my hair still feels soft after going lighter. Thank you guys so much!!
