Customer service is the worst! The lady at the reception never smiles in my face. I asked to style my hair and I left with half my hair still wet! When I got my haircut, it was unprofessionally done and I had to go to another salon in Georgetown DC to pay again so they can fix my haircut. Whenever I go there and ask them to use my gift card to pay, they tell me oh we need the actual card or email or the code. They have my code on the system and I showed them a picture with the code and still .. I had to pay cash or use credit card. NOT a place where I feel comfortable at all. I don't recamond it at all! Now I'm going to Aveda in DC and I'm loving it.
