Was looking forward to having a great experience based upon the reviews but unfortunately she was way too rough on my hair. She burnt me twice with the flat iron. She really was not focused as she kept picking her cell phone up and walking out of the room while she was doing my hair. Very unprofessional. She is probably better for weaves but not natural hair. It's a bummer bc I love supporting black owned businesses but I definitely can't sacrifice getting burned or compromise the health of my hair. Definitely won't be back.

Natalie was able to fit me into her busy salon which most stylist don't do. But my daughter started school the next day and the original stylist, which is fired cancelled on me at the last minute. Natalie is my daughter new stylist after looking at her hair she knew that it was damaged and needed a trim which I never trim since she was born. Natalie actually talks to her clients about their hair as I was waiting. She not like other stylist I experienced that speak in foreign language all loud to each other or on the phone talking personal business. Natalie has a great staff that helps out one of them is Diamond she let my daughter used her phone to play games since my daughter tablet died and was complaining about being bored smh kids. Natalie is very professional she consulted my daughter's hair gave me a product to help her scalp be healthy. The price is worth it. Sometimes you get what you paid for. I think me paying any less I wouldn't gotten the same great service. Thank you Natalie and Diamond and the girl that wash my daughter hair I forgot her name she made sure my daughter was comfortable while washing her hair my daughter hates water in her hair but when she did it my daughter was fine like a kid in a candy shop.

Unprofessional. I scheduled the appointment. Everything was set. She changed the time last minute, that's cool. I get here, she not here. She "forgot" about my appointment. I drove all the way here. You forgot? So I need my hair done today. Stressing out. This is so unprofessional. I always have a difficult time with salons. I just want to locate a professional hair salon. No phone, she just text. Really?!. Not getting my business nor any of my referrals. Just beware when scheduling an appointment

Natalie is a master of her craft. If you have any issues with your hair, she is the master who has the solution to whatever is going on with your hair. I am 100% natural and it was very hard to find a beautician who specialized in natural hair that I could trust. She gave me a Keratin treatment that has done wonders for my hair.
