They braid good but they are super rough with your hair, inconsiderate, they donâ€™t hold the hair and use the smallest combs to comb your hair and itâ€™s dirty here and this is the worst braiding shop experience Iâ€™ve been to and itâ€™s not that they canâ€™t braid but they slack off and I understand why my mom almost lost her temper here! I never have had this issue with other African salons. Iâ€™d give 0 starts if I could.

They do very well with box braids. However, they are not versatile when it comes to different hairstyles. And if you express that you do not like the style because itâ€™s not what you asked for, they (Doris, specifically), become very rude and refuses to finish your hair. If you want your hair done how you want it and expect good customer service, this is not the place to go!

Went there for the first time since I have been doing my own lock braids to have someone else color and wash my hair since 2013 of June!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I made an appointment was sure to call and confirm that I should come. I waited 4 hours and still did not get my hair done. The place is FILTHY disgusting. There is no heat. The chairs are broken. The customer service is terrible especially since they over charge. DO NOT COME HERE.
