Ashleah is my hair guru! I have wavy thick Indian hair that hates color...and she totally get it. She's been able to do so many amazing colors and cuts on my hair over the years. She's saved my hair from the work of a horrible "colorist"...without judgment. I've gone from waist length hair to pixie and all sorts of lengths and styles in between. She never lets me leave until my hair is right. I had a great experience at Ian McCabe. Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed, either. I'll def be back.

The environment is very modern and classy. I have very frizzy, dry, and coarse hair that is very challenging to work with. And I hate when there is product I can feel in my hair. Leigh-anne was able to use the right products (I've tried finding them all with no success) that left my hair feeling sleek, smooth, and beautifully styled and shaped. My hair felt smoother than I've ever felt it in years. She blow dryed my hair with a large rounded brush and curled it after putting the perfect amount of products that worked perfectly for my hair. Love the atmosphere of this place along with the interior design. Beautiful salon with top notch products and great service. Highly reccomend this place! I loved this place more than Bescene studios in Rockville, MD.

People in New York and Paris have actually stopped me on the street and asked me “Who does your hair?!” Ian McCabe and Neven of course! Awesome color + cuts at this on trend studio.

I enthusiastically recommend Ian McCabe Studio. I followed Ashleah Thornton there from another salon and have been thoroughly impressed with the incredible quality of work being done there. Ashleah knows what I want better than I do! I am so comfortable walking in and saying "give me something new and pretty" and she creates art. On my first visit to Ian McCabe, I felt very well taken care of - each member of the team assisted and encouraged each other. I look forward to my future visits.

Went here for a men’s haircut, kind of disappointed. Appointment started 15 minutes late and I got home to discover that there was a patch longer than the rest of my hair at the top of my head. Price was also extremely high ($110 for men’s haircut and beard trim).
