I had a 10:30am appointment with Ashley (who is amazing and did a great job. This review isn't about her. It's about Wesley Blair) and I was told it wouldn't be a problem to bring in my daughter and infant son. I even brought a friend along to keep them company before she had to leave for work. Well I popped in to see if Ashley was there because she messaged me saying she was running late, and Wesley looks at me and says that he's sorry but they're going to have a full day. I explained I was her 10:30 appointment and we'll be back later. He again said okay but they're full. I had a feeling he was hinting at that he didn't want my children there, so I asked my friend to take them to the library next door. When it was almost time for my friend to leave for work, she came in and sat at the bench. My daughter who is very quiet was happy to be in there because she's never seen a salon before, and I was happy for her to experience it. Until Wesley spoke and told my friend she needed to move my stroller with my son still inside over by the door because people were going to be walking in and out and it'll cause traffic. I was completely embarrassed by this because I was told it would be okay. My friend who was also shocked decided to leave and go back to the library. I was overwhelmed with humiliation. As a mother it is very hard to find babysitters and having that little chance of getting your hair done is supposed to be a luxury, but I was on the verge of tears. Everyone felt the tension in the air, and after Wesley was done with his client, he left the salon muttering he'll be right back. I was so humiliated, I had to ask my mom to drive to the salon and pick up my children because I was under the impression that I wasn't welcome and I didn't want my kids there anymore. Two hours later I was done and he never returned to his "full salon." He completely lied to me saying they had a full day, told my friend to move my son because he was in the way, and in those three hours I was there, not one person walked through that door. I will never do this again which is a shame because I love Ashley.
