This is the worst hair salon in Orlando. I called on Saturday to request an appointment at 5:30. She said no problem whatsoever and to come on in. I get there and before I could open my mouth the manager states we are not taking anymore clients. I explained that I called on Saturday as well as did a follow-up call this afternoon (07/18) and was told to come in. The manager proceeded to give me an attitude and had no regards to what I was trying to explain. Her and the other person who does hair are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. Based on the reviews, I have read prior to posting; your best bet is too go down the road 1.6 miles to Hair Restoration where you receive exceptional customer service and quality work!!!

I'll be honest This is a really small hole in the wall on semoran the area looks really ghetto but they are really good there I got my daughters hair done and mines n they did a great job n there prices are great I will say they could use a lil cleaning up n organizing in the salon n the woman need to learn better customer service skill to deal with the english speaking customers but other than that they are great I love the way our hair looks thanks to Maria n Loida
