Rude and unprofessional. The lil bald headed blonde girl was the only one there, saw me walk in to the register and ignored me but kept looking up from a client she was working on. I stood there waiting and she never acknowledged me. I left out and came back and she did the same thing. I asked her was she the only one working and she said yes. I left bc if she is that rude, no telling how she would destroy my hair. Never going back there again.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The people there are very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. If you do go there, they will mess up your hair, and when the do, they will not give you a full refund. If you are looking for results that are worthy of being seen in the public, please, please look else where.

I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. The people working there are very unprofessional. I got they early enough sat there with a child waiting for the only one hairdresser to finish another client's hair only for her to take on one other client who walked in after me!!!! Seems like they knew each other! They are super slow delivering their services, they drag their feet like clients time don't matter, they eat food in customer's presence while customers wait..it's just absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! I need to find me a good salon with great customer service!

Its walmart i dont know what people expect but when i did go a few weeks back i got my hair straight it was cute and lasted more than two weeks

Had the misfortune of visiting this place a couple of months back and would not recommend this to anyone. Prices are comparable to any other salon, like Greatclips, but service could take a ton of improvements. First improvement they need to make is stop eating their lunches in front of customers, on salon chairs. Second, just because the salon chairs are revolving does not mean you should rotate the customer 360 degrees to suit your position. It was awkward seeing the person on waiting chair just three feet away. Third, get some professional hair dressers who know what they are selling and doing. So, after one bad diversion to this place, I am happily back to my previous salon.
