I have been coming to Rana for around two years. I love that she listens to what I have to say and does exactly as I ask. I was there a couple weeks ago and I love my hair even more than before. She is very professional, friendly and is an excellent hair stylist. Everyone is so very friendly and they even managed to get me in one time when I was late due to traffic, ugh, Thank you to everyone at Salon Lotus. Rana, love my hair - I think this is the best one so far!!!

I've been going to Rena at Salon Lotus for many years. Everyone there is welcoming, friendly and professional. Besides that, they provide top tier services and products in a soothing atmosphere. It is an excellent salon.

Bill is awesome! I love my haircut and the color he chose for my highlights looks great! Everyone was really nice and I'll definitely be coming back!

They booked me for an appointment and when I arrived told me that the person before me decided to extend their services and bumped me out of the time that was suppose to be scheduled for me. Very unprofessional. I fought traffic to get there and then was told...oops we’re sorry. Will not be coming back here. Who does business like that? I would never treat a new customer that way!
