This place was HOPPIN on a Friday!!! I tried to stop by one time before(I drove by) and saw that it was a packed house then too! So I figured that the Great Clips(this location) with a 40 minute wait time was worth the wait because so many people were flowing in and out. But before I came to this AMAZING location(East-West Connector store), I went to another Great Clips (Powder Springs location) and my most recent visit, this woman “cutting” my hair, gave me a darn HACK JOB and gave me a RAT TAIL. So......when my wait time was up, after I conviently shopped at the next door TJMaxx, I was greeted by the entire staff with SO much energy, positivity and quickness, My girl NIKKI was the one to check me in, listen to my brief horror story about the Powder Springs location(Macland address) and she said she would take a look and make sure she took care of me. And guess what? Nikki was horrified at the hair cut I was given, confirmed they gave me a rat tail but then, gave me hair cut I was looking for all along!! My short in the back to longer in the front bob is beyond textbook perfect. Plus, it took her maybe 10-15 minutes? I told the staff that I would never go anywhere else to get my hair cut from now on because of their positive attitudes, fun atmosphere, high energy, caring staff and NIKKI!! I’ll be back y’all!! This was a hair cut to remember and proper treatment and professionalism to a paying customer.

Came to this location for a haircut and was berated by the staff. The haircut was subpar and I was treated like a piece of trash because I wanted my hair cut short and I already had a little bit of longer hair. The person that cut my hair continue to braid me throughout the haircut for having to" work so much". The person cutting my hair was completely rude and was grabbing my hair and tossing my head around in some sort of anger. Will never ever go back to this location again! I'd give this thing a zero store if I could

I bring my son here every 5-6 weeks to see Mia. She is the best. His hair cuts always look sharp. My hairdresser, who owns an upscale salon, even remarked what a fantastic haircut he always has. Don't let the other reviews sway you, go see Mia. She'll take good care of you!

I came in over the weekend. Figured I'd give them a shot since I've never been to a Great Clips. My hair falls just above my shoulders and I was simply wanting a trim so my hair can continue to grow out. The woman that attended me was nice but I'm not sure how experienced she was. After wetting my hair, she started cutting away. She didn't section off my hair. She didn't even check to see if my hair part was straight (it wasn't). Thankfully I didn't have her touch the top layers or my bangs. I threw my hair up once I got home and didn't pay attention to it closely until today. There are bottom sections longer than others so the cut wasn't done evenly. Based on this experience I plan on never stepping foot inside a Great Clips. I honestly didn't think anything could go wrong since my cut was very simple but it did. It might be good for kids and men, but definitely not for women - even simple trims.

I come here a lot to get to get my bangs cut because it is only $5, but they always cut my bangs a weird way. Point is im never fully satisfied but they grow quick so I just let it go and am thankful they aren't sitting at my eyes anymore.
