This place is super clean, the people are very friendly. All of the stylists are extremely talented. I really appreciate that the team does not use high pressure sales tactics when up selling products. They simply explain the product benefits and let you make your own decision l. I only trust my girl Heather with my curls...I have received so many more compliments on my hair over last year because of her. ðŸ˜Š

Michele has been styling my hair for years. She always gives me a great cut and does lovely color as well. I love the fact that she always takes the time to listen to me and gives me exactly the look I want. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and does a great job. I highly recommend her!! She great at updo's and makeup too.

Needed to schedule a quick dry cut and was told Michelle could do it for me. The minute I sat down, Michelle said in order to do a good job on my hair, she needed to be able to shampoo, cut, blow dry, and cut my hair again. I said I would prefer not to at this time. She continued pressuring me, so I said if she didn't feel comfortable, then I could get someone else to do it. She said "no, I'm going to do it now". She then shampooed my hair and cut off double the amount of hair we agreed on- making a drastic change that I didn't ask for. She then continued pressuring to blow dry and told me how much more money she could charge me for doing so. It was rude and unprofessional. I had to sit there and justify myself, explaining all the reasons why I just wanted the quick dry cut that I had scheduled and I've never had a hair stylist try to argue with me like this. She then says, well then I can get you to blow dry it yourself and when I said no, she proceeded to start blow drying my hair. Beyond frustrated, I said can we please just be done and I left. People have noticed my hair change because I never get it cut so short and I've had to explain this experience.

First time with Michele but not at Clairbourne's. My old stylist left due to having a baby 8 months ago & I tried 2 places & here I'm back trying out another stylist At Clairbourne's. OMG! I got my hair back! TY Michele ðŸ˜ She was great explained everything in detail for me. I love that I have found a new stylist. Met my expectations and so much more!
