This place was horrible. My boyfriend went in to simply get his hair shaved and the lady was going to let him walk out with patches of hair everywhere. Thankfully her co-worker was observing and came to the rescue. This was supposed to be a express hair cut and ended up turning into a 45 min hair cut. Very disappointed. We will not be returning and I will not recommend.

My daughter took my grandson here, ask the lady to cut my grandson's hair, even showed her a picture of my grandson with the hair cut from before it had grown out, this horrible what I would say is not a hair dresser or barber, shaved his head. Ridiculous, don't risk it, go someone where else!!!

I must say this is my second time visiting SmartStyle on Thornton Rd and I am impressed. Mariah is very professional and she engages her client. I was in and out under 2 hours. Mariah even remembered how I like to wear my hair. I would recommend this salon to anyone who needs a quick hairdo 😊

I was in desperate need of transformation of my hair and Shani did just that! I absolutely highly recommend her for sure! My hair and satisfaction were clearly top priority for her!
