i gave two stars only because the young woman who did my daughter's hair did a great job. the one who did mine? First of all she tried to snatch my soul through my scalp when combing my hair. She had me sit in a chair no where near a mirror. (where they do that at?) She said she understood when I showed her the style I wanted. Close but NO. And not only did she braid my hair tight, I have bumps and a red spot on my neck near the nape. Not telling you to not go, warning you to ask questions and to ask for a mirror to check the progress/process.

I love the experience there..everyone worked together and they were fair about who was to been seen next..as I got my hair done I was looking around and not only did they do an awesome job on my hair..they did the same for everybody in there..I will be returning.😁

I went here out of desperation because my regular girl was out of town. I only wanted 6 FEED IN braids. What I got was regular cornrows. I asked the lady about it after she did the first few braids and she hair shamed me telling me my hair wasn't "good enough" to lay down like the picture. She had to keep asking people if her parts were straight, I had to ask her to use mouse on my hair and gel to lay my edges. She acted like she did not want to do my hair at all, mind you I called ahead and made an appointment so she knew I was coming. They have terrible customer service and all around 0 knowledge of general etiquette. I would never recommend this salon.

I have been going here for years back to back if you act a fool and disrespectful don't get mad if they treat you the same way. I always get singles and they always turn out beautiful each time.
