Sad and disappointed

6 years ago I ordered hair from the flawless illusion website and it took an act of God to get the product, it was a great product however there is absolutely no customer service. I ordered 4 months ago and have not heard one word and can't get anyone to email me or call me or to get a tracking number. I have sent at least seven emails trying to find out where my product is what I can do to help the process, now I'm out 300 bucks and I have to go through my bank so I can get my money back. Where I'm from character and ethics mean something but I find nothing of this in this company and if Kellon Derryk is going to put his name behind a product he should probably manage his company and make sure people are doing their job

Nice shop, but the wait and process takes a little too long. I came in for a traditional sew-in a few months ago (promotion they were having). The assistant that washed my hair literally rubbed my scalp a few times and rinsed me. The same thing happened when I came back for maintenance. There was no way to effectively wash my hair since I had a net. However, I've gone to other salons that have tools to get down in my scalp and under the braids. I just simply felt like getting my hair washed there was a waste of time. Stylist are nice and friendly, but the shop can get a bit ghetto. Although they have good customer service, I noticed they don't offer specials for returning clients, only for new clients. Yes, this is what gets us in the door, but I feel like returning clients should receive a promotion at some point as well.

I'm disappointed with the experience I had with a hair stylist at the Kellon Deryck Salon. Originally, I called to inquire about the services offered, as well as pricing. Not too long after, I was sent an email concerning this information. I then decided to walk into the salon a few days later. There was no receptionist available, I was not greeted. A hairstylist later kindly informed me the receptionist was away and would be back later. He told me they didn't have availability that day. Another hairstylist then approached me and told me he could assist me at 3 PM. I assumed this would be at a sister salon to the Kellon Deryck Salon. At around 2 PM, I arrived to the given location. The location was very dirty and packed with all kinds of hair stylists. I decided to give the location a chance, as the work of the hair stylist I had seen looked very professional. Almost 3 hours later the stylist arrived. He had me have my hair washed by a lady, and after I had my hair washed there was still glue in my hair. He then informed me I had to pay her! Why didn't he tell me this before, so I could have made the decision?? Then, he changed the price he had given me earlier at the Kellon Deryck Salon. My issue was not the price, but that the stylist was 3 HOURS LATE, and the price was unfair for the low quality environment I was in. As he customized my hair, I just didn't feel right about continuing with his services, so I paid him for the customization. I left with my roots still being orange, and some of my knots, not bleached properly. I asked him to fix the issue, but he didn't respond. Now, I have a messed up wig, that was not cheap.

Excellent salon, perfectly staffed with capable stylists. Vibe is great. Best place for lace in Atlanta. And you can purchase the (amazing) Balmain products on-site

My first time visiting th salon was two weeks ago and Iï¸ found my self there again Today. Kellon is a great person and stylist. And His employees are just as good hands down. They are all capable of giving you that specific look u ask for in a decent time and manner. Keep up the great work... Kellon Deryck Salon has now became my second home. See u guys in two weeks.
