The reasoning for the 2-stars does not reflect the quality of the artistry, but more so the lack of communication and service. I had come to the salon and was moving to San Diego, but I wanted the owner to do my hair since I had seen her Instagram and it looked good (and I had never had my hair colored before, so I trusted her). I had come in and gotten my hair done and the owner assured me that she would let me know the recipe used for my hair and would be happy to help me find an SD hair girl. After repeated messages from the number on her website, the owner would never reply to me letting me know what "recipe" she used on my hair. This honestly made me feel like since she knew I was moving, she didn't care to help me anymore. Even if she was the best artist in ATL, I can't support a business that doesn't value their customers in this way or care to help past a one-time appointment.
