I've been here twice, and both times were great. So great that I have to write a review (which I can never be bothered to do, usually). Ask for Arlene! She is the BEST! This past visit I was considering a huuuge style change and considered going to a fancy salon across town, but I "risked" it here and got what feels like a million dollar haircut for $15. Seriously. So, so happy with this place. Thank you, Arlene!!!

I've gone to this location for about 4 or 5 times, each time service has gotten worse. This time, didn't even brush the cut hair off me, didn't trim my neck, I've had better haircut from the barber schools, and the only way you get a senior discount is to demand it. Where's the customer service..

The older woman who works here has been "cutting" hair for over 10 years. That's over 10 years of unexpecting people getting terrible haircuts by her hands. The 2 times I've had her, she's done a terrible job. She doesn't listen to what you want (and my haircut is very simple). She didn't blend it or clean my hair up the first time (even after telling me she was blending it when I asked), and the second time she cut 2 INCHES off the top when I said just even it out a little. Not only that, the sides were suppossed to be a 2, and they aren't even cut well. I didn't realize it was the same woman until too late. A younger woman fixed up my hair last time nicey, but this time I'm going elsewhere. Not worth the hassle. Now I'm going to spend the next couple of months trying to get my hair back to the length I wanted.

Worst haircut ive ever had. And this is after I told the lady it's uneven. There's definition in the fade. And the top of my head the hair is longer in the back than the front. NEEDED TO GO TO SPORTSCLIPS THIS MORNING TO GET IT FIXED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
