I had never been to an all natural hair salon, I had never had a male stylist before either, It was a wonderful experience hands down! I hadn't been to a professional stylist in almost 2 years, The stylist made the experience amazing. I did not have to wait at all as soon as I came in the door I was greeted and sat right in the chair and we got started. He gave me a great consultation, and looked intently at my hair strands. He was so gentle with hair unlike other people I have gone to in the past with my 4C mane. Come to find out I didn't even need a trim he wasn't scissor happy at all. The Prices we very affordable. I will def be going back again in the very near future, They are serious about Natural Hair. I would absolutely suggest this place to anyone looking for a Real Natural Salon Experience.

Very professional when setting up appointment and very chill and funny during. They handled my natural hair wonderfully, from wash to braiding. The install was VERY tolerable, almost painless, which is good because I tend to be a little tender headed on the top of my head 😂 but they still looked very good. The difference between The Griyn Thumb and other places where I've gotten my hair braided (Africans 😞) is that they knew how to handle my hair, no blow out so it can be more "manageable" and the braids were VERY neat and didn't puff up until I washed them a second time. I had my braids in for a week long cruise and about 4 weeks after. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who cares about their natural hair and any other hair type. My braids were done by the beautiful, woke and very funny Henny. Thanks for the wonderful experience! -Kiandria

Got my hair styled for my honeymoon and loved the results. Very professional with a comfortable at home feeling that you don't get everywhere. My 4c hair felt like it was pampered, no yanking, no shedding, no breakage at all!!! Very friendly environment. Great conversation. Can't wait to go back. Reasonably priced. You are in great hands.
