Terrible customer service she doesnâ€™t even talk to me she only ask me what kind of cut I want , all she does is cut a line . If u want a simple cut I wouldnâ€™t even recommend going there It was the worst cut ever, I had Elaine. I guess u pay for what u get. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix it. Waste my money UPDATE: Supercuts did a redo on my haircut and I love it, Ray from the Kapolei salon did it and I love it. So not all Supercuts are the same , I recommend to go to Ray at Kapolei store

I came to have my bangs cut. Altho we checked in on-line, we had to wait 10 minutes. Not bad! The stylist kept checking if I was happy with the progress of the cut. She did a very good job, using a thinning shears for a wispy look. They all were very sweet to us.

Very friendly staff, clean salon, and great service! I've gotten my hair cut from 4 different stylists there and I have not one complaint. The manager Justin is awesome. He and his staff are very talented. I definitely recommend this Supercuts!
