Disregarded what I asked for and gave me white zebra stripes instead. Had my hair done tonight and the stylist showed me a sample, I told her I wanted something warmer and she said it would look warmer and the sample didn’t provide the true color (what’s the point of the sample then?). After she finished I told her politely that it wasn’t what I asked for and she said I would get used to it and sent me out the door. $110 later I have ash, grey, and platinum zebra stripes instead of a a warm melt that I asked for. I look 10 years older with my new grey striped hair. I’m calling tomorrow to see if they will fix it and update this review accordingly....
Update: the manager called me back after I left a message and he was very accommodating. He got me in the next day and I saw a new stylist, Tammy, who fixed my hair. She did a great job consulting with me and I appreciated the time she spent with me, making sure we were both on the same page. I did have to pay the difference, but I was fine with that. I'm not in love with the final product, but I think it's because it was difficult to fix the first error. They made it right and we're professional about it.
