Great salon, good prices. Savannah cuts my hair regularly and does a great job! I especially enjoy the scalp massage to begin and the hot tea that's offered. It's really a very inviting, charming salon.

I recently moved to Palatine for the summer to work and needed a trusty hair salon. I came across pure salon, and boy am I glad I did! They are patient, kind, and truly care about your needs as a customer. They offered me coffee or tea every time I came in to get a haircut. Outstanding! Savannah was my stylist for the past 3 months and she has been nothing short of amazing. She got my haircut perfect from day one (that has never happened at previous salons). Although I cannot speak for the women, I can say that if you're a man looking for a quality haircut, this is the place. Well done.

Great customer service. You get what you asked for. Very flexible with making appointments. This is our haircut place for the whole family. Highly recommended.
