It is always scary finding a new place to get your hair done, but she has went beyond my expectations. She did an amazing job on my hair and I came out extremely satisfied. My hair roots have been growing out and I just wanted a change. She gave me her honest opinion on what was doable and would look the best for me. She suggested the ash blonde balayage for a more natural look (which was also more work suitable) and helped me chop off 7 inches. I came out feeling refreshed and renewed. I have been getting compliments left and right about my new hair. She did an amazing job and the fading is very well done. Thank you!

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff! Reagan cut my hair and did an awesome job. Was able to fix my hair nightmare from previous salon.

Reagan is why I drive from Naperville to Arlington Heights. She is very talented and makes the trip a joy!

I love Bloom! From the moment you walk through the door everyone is nice and helpful. The salon is clean, decorated nicely and is not as loud as some other salon's I've been in. It's nice to chat with your stylist and not have to shout over other hair dryers or other people. Sandra is the best!

Ive been there twice with different stylists and unfortunately they didn’t cut my hair correctly, I had to go to a different salon so they can fix it for me, I never went back and do NOT recommend this salon..
