Had a great experience with Domineke. She did exactly what I asked of her. Very nice shop, clean and comfortable. When you get your hair washed(which felt heavenly)the chair is actually a lounge chair. Lean back and put your feet up! Great touch! The people who work there are very welcoming! Loved the whole experience!

I went in for a Balayage and Bri did the worst job. I hadn't noticed until the next day, but I couldn't wear my hair down because the color was blotchy at my roots (she didn't blend it well or make it look even) and it had platinum and honey blonde throughout when the goal was ash blonde. I can't believe she let me walk out of there like that. She seemed more concerned with leaving for the evening seeing as how she was gone before I was. I had to go to another salon to fix my hair.

The salon itself is absolutely beautiful and I'm sure they have some talented people working here. Unfortunately my stylist, Suzy, was the absolute worst. She's completely unprofessional and I didn't once feel comfortable. I've had some not-so-great stylists in the past, but she takes the cake. The fact that she was rude the entire time during my visit completely turned me off on the way she did my hair. She was constantly butting in to conversations around her and playing with her own hair during the service. She insulted my hair the minute I walked in and continued to talk bad about it during my visit. If you're going to give me helpful tips fine, but to trash talk my hair, unbelievable! I was mortified. I honestly have no idea how she has a job in the service industry. I will never be back to this salon based on the fact that this woman is allowed or feels she is allowed to act this way to guests.
