I would give this place no stars if possible and am also submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. My first time ever coming here for my Son who is 9. We are regulars at the location on Harlem and Archer and never once had a bad experience. The woman who took my Son immediately shaved his hair that he had been growing out all summer and shaved it with a #1 straight across the top he immediately screamed! The damage was done there was no saving it. In order to correct it she had to pretty much "bald" him. He starts school in 2 days I feel so bad for him. All she said was oh well he will be good for the rest of the year unless his hair grows fast!! As she was attempting to ring us out at the cash register she could barely read the screen and kept squinting!! I had to ask if she could see, I couldn't beliebe that she was barely able to see that what was she doing still cutting hair!! She was a little bit older, very loud and rude. A few hours have passed and my Son is still feeling pretty down. There goes a happy face for his annual back to school pictures. Beyond disappointed!
