LOVE THIS PLACE. She really knows how to treat ethnic and latino hair. He hair care products took care of my severe dandruff and she gave my hair life again. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I am so disappointed with my experience here. I came in to get gray hair with black roots. I know gray is tricky and takes trial and error, and the kind I wanted was a little different so I had already planned on spending a ton of money and coming in multiple times to try different things. I asked her if she could get the color I wanted, and she assured me we would get it how I want. So, first visit- we bleached my brown hair multiple times and got the orange tones out, she dyed it the darkest gray she said she had, and did a lighter black for the roots. The gray was way too light, not at all what I wanted and we missed a bunch of spots with the roots. I went with that for about a week, and came back in to get it fixed and how I wanted it. Second visit- we did a way darker gray with some blue hues in it for contrast, and fixed up the black roots. It was MUCH BETTER! More like what I had originally wanted. Even though she still missed huge sections with the black roots, so it looked like I had orange splotches everywhere. She assured me the color would last 15-20 washes, and I bought Redken color magnetics shampoo and conditioner from her to help the color stay. I know exactly how to care for colored hair, so I was VERY SHOCKED when after only one wash, it had faded significantly and looked very gold/orange/blonde.. I thought it was just me being paranoid. But after a second wash almost a week after getting it done, I knew it really was fading, and looked horrible. I IMMEDIATELY sent her a picture of it, asking how it's fading into such an ugly color. No reply. about 4 days later, I sent more pictures and texts asking for her to get back to me and that I'd like to get it fixed. No reply. So then a week after that I texted her again, and she swore she never got any texts or pictures, and since she never got the pictures, she was unwilling to help me get it to how I want it again. So, I sent her a screenshot showing I sent her a text not even 3 days after I had gotten it done, asking how to fix the color fading. But this time, I sent it to her email. And of course, she stopped replying to my texts and ignored the email. I guess she wasn't willing to get it how I wanted it, after all. So not only do I feel I wasted almost $500 on her, but also wasted my time and am very disappointed in her concern for how her work turned out. And let me just say, my hair looks HIDEOUS. It is so ugly, orange and gold looking. No gray in it at all anymore. I have had to keep my hair up for the past few weeks because I don't want to be seen with hair this ugly.. I'm going to go somewhere else from now on. She lost my service. ANYWAY, if you're going in for a cut, she does a decent job and charges a reasonable price. If you're going to get a new color or something that needs constant work, I'd say you should spend your money elsewhere. ALSO, the 5 star review that was given here, is actually her.. She gave herself a 5 star review...
