Had a great experience! Amanda did a wonderful job on my hair, and I will be coming back here at some point. Asked for a bit of a trim and to add some bangs. I was there for maybe about thirty minutes or less, and was super happy with the results!

I came into Wild Orchid Salon because I struggle with alopecia areata--an autoimmune disease that results in patches of hair loss. And I'm only 19. I was referred to Amy by my friend, and she's such a sweet lady who made sure I would get the best service possible and that I was comfortable. Another stylist, Jeff, ended up coloring my hair with highlights and balayage and I have never been happier with my hair in my life despite not having all of it. I have not gotten my hair done in a year because of the fallout, and I left the salon feeling so beautiful and confident in myself. He is truly AMAZING! He's super friendly and did a better job on my hair than what I even pictured that I wanted. The entire staff of Wild Orchid is so sweet and caring. I definitely recommend this salon and especially Jeff! Made my week!

Amy is an excellent stylist here, and the owner is very friendly. They use and sell Aveda products. Pleasant ambiance.

Oh my god. I went there today as a first time client, due to the good reviews on here. when i called for an appointment I let the receptionist pick my stylist. BAD IDEA! She gave me Lily or Lilla or something like that. I brought a picture of how I would like my hair cut, not terribly different from current style. I can only say that my hair was butchered. I am inconsolable. it is way too short, way too layered, and when she finished styling I thought she must be kidding because it was no where near the picture. It is my opinion that she has very little prior experience. She was not comfortable washing my hair, cutting my hair or styling my hair. It was a huge catastrophe. I saw other stylists there that probably had more experience ... I should have asked for an experienced stylist. The cut and style cost me $45 and my son and 2 girlfriends only words when they saw me were....I'm Sorry.
