Recently i received a facial my service was performed in a room where other students were sitting. I believe it may have been the larger campus on roberts road during my service i witnessed the teacher on her cell phone and computer as well as them discussing personal life matters. Not at all what i expected. The service itself was done well but the atomphere was borderline chaos. The educator seemed bothered and inattentive to student needs/education. I would have never guessed this is actually a school.

I have always had a great experience with the hair department of HP college. When I was in high school, I got my hair (and makeup) done there for prom, and just recently for a wedding. Unlike the hair department, which is at a different building in Palos Hills, today was actually my first experience with the spa/makeup department (the other building). I had made my appointment a week or two in advance, and was told the day of the appointment that no one was there to do my makeup. So, I don't understand why they make appointments if you can't promise that your students will be there...Anyway, I highly suggest the hair department (5 stars separately). If you make an appointment for makeup, you may show up and no one be there to do it.

Came to hair professionals for an all over color and they did an amazing job! I am very pleased with the end result, the color was just what I wanted! The staff was super friendly and it was just an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend going here for any hair services!

I had a great experience, very relaxing. Ebony was polite, very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my time there, and informative about colors that would work with my natural hair color. My blowdry was beautiful, bouncy, lasting overnight ! The staff was friendly and I was very pleased with my overall experience !! I wish Ebony every success in the future. The customer service I would recommend. A divine experience and will be visiting again!!
