Excellent experience! I booked an appointment for a cut and style. Felicia was my stylist. Great consultation. Requested she update my blah bob and she did! I am delighted with the results. Hair looks healthy and alive and I feel renewed. Felicia also is very professional, courteous with a warm, engaging personality. The store had a great selection of products and had a nice reduced section. The store is clean and very organized. Lindsay checked me out and she was delightful. She has a professional yet bubbly personality. Check out was quick but came with a nice conversation. Booked my next appointment and will be back soon to shop!! Felicia and Lindsay are assets to Ulta!

I went to Ulta looking for an eyeshadow palette. They didn't have any more on the floor so I asked two girls in the back if they happen to have any more in the back. They looked at me up and down and said no. Without even looking they both said no. I checked another location when I got home and this location came up as in stock! I called and they confirmed they had them and that they would make sure to get some out on the floor. If you ever need to go to Ulta try the one on Pulaski, the girls there are super helpful and do not mind going to the back to confirm if they are really out of stock.

Had my hair done there two weeks ago with no problems. Booked another appointment online several days ago and waited nearly 45 minutes before I said I'd reschedule my appointment and just walked out (I won't be calling back). Admittedly, I was four minutes late but I called when I was on my way and spoke to my stylist. Once I arrived I just sat and sat while she did someone else's hair barely acknowledging that I had been waiting for so long. A little empathy and kindness can go a long way to keep a potentially loyal customer...I see now that mutual respect for one's time is not what happens there. I won't be going back!!

They are good overall but they sell used products. I thought I was going crazy when my lotion that I bought there wasn't full. Then about about later I found out that they are facing a lawsuit for selling used products.
